The MILLIONS Online Main Event final table is set and what a final table it is. Endrit Geci is the man to catch going into the final day of this prestigious tournament, but he will not have it all his own way because there are some superstars in the chasing pack.

Day 3 started with 28 players in the hunt for the title of MILLIONS Online Main Event champion. Team partypoker’s Jaime Staples and Dzmitry Urbanovich were among the returning players, but things went horribly wrong for Staples.

Staples lost a tournament-defining pot with against on a board. The legendary streamer composed himself and tried to claw his way back into contention before disaster struck during the 600,000/1,200,000/150,000a level.

Our hero open-shoved for 16,001,996 with and Francisco Correia three-bet all-in for 26,677,901 from the button, which folded out the blinds. Correia flipped over and it was off to the races for Staples. The door card was an ace, but the Staples’ opponent flopped an ace as the five community cards ran to send Staples home in 20th place, a finish good for $35,084.

Another key hand took place a level later where the blinds were 700,000/1,400,000/175,000a. The hand saw Endrit Geci soar to the top of the chip counts and sent Usman Ulhaq to the rail in 16th place.

Geci raised to 3,080,000 with in late position and Ulhaq called all-in for 968,584 from the cutoff with . Jonathan Proudfoot called on the button before Jerry Odeen, from the small blind, made it 14,000,000 to go with . Only Geci called.

Odeen led for 5,363,660 on the flop and Geci called. Odeen then checked to Geci on the turn before folding to Geci’s 8,960,000 bet. The completed the board, busted Ulhaq, and sent Geci’s stack passed the 200 million chip mark.

Geci added more chips to his colossal stack and finished the evening with 252,646,714 chips, more than enough for the chip lead going into the final table.

The final hand of Day 2 saw the MILLIONS Online Mini Main Event champion Justin Ouimette bite the dust. All the chips went in on a board, Ouimette holding and Geci the superior . Geci improved to an unnecessary full house on the river to bring the curtain down on a superb night of poker.
